The Blower Filter Unit is installed on the ceiling and is a kind of clean unit with a filter and a fan, providing the cleanliness level from Class 100 to Class 100,000.

Each room can operate separately, enabling to minimize the main air control facility. It keeps the exit velocity constant to maintain a high cleanliness level and indoor anti-diffusion.
